		<description><![CDATA[I know that one of the resources that we point people to alot is Love and Logic. It seems to be really great as alot of our staff families use it and love it. I don&#039;t have kids so I can&#039;t tell you how awesome it is by personal experience but it seems to work for everyone I know that uses it. Might be something you wanna check out.

Alot of the vids are available on youtube.

The cool thing is that it allows you to develop the ability to make choices in your children. Anyway might be something you can use.]]></description>
