I too think sometimes people jump the gun when it comes to judging “church” these days. I don’t necessarily think the New Testament church did it exactly right either. They were starting out! They didn’t know what church was supposed to look like and they just went with it. I know that the New Testament church didn’t have it completely right, and I also know that we clearly don’t have it completely right now either.
